If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Our products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days, and we’ll pay for the return shipping. Returns can be refunded in the original payment method or digital store credit.

The product/s must be  in its original and undamaged package to avail this policy.

To initiate the return process contact us at we-care@clothescatch.com with your order number and return reason or by simply clicking this link and follow the steps.

Do I pay for my returns?  No! We will not let you pay for returning something that you are not happy in the first place.


If you wish to cancel the order and this one has not been shipped yet, you need to inform as at we-care@clothescatch.com. If your order has been shipped and not delivered yet, 32 AED will be deducted from your account. Please do not forget to mention your order number and cancellation reason.

Faulty or damaged goods

We make sure that you do receive neither faulty nor damaged goods. At the time of dispatch the items are individually inspected before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement.
